We were recently made aware of some recent theft that has occurred in the PHR area in the last two weeks. We are still in the processes of collecting details on what transpired and will send more information once received. During the holiday season, we tend to see an increase in crime throughout the county. Any suspicious behavior should be reported immediately to the City of San Diego Police Department at 858-484-3154 (non-emergency line). If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1. The Association has contacted the City of San Diego Crime Prevention department and requested additional patrols for the area.
