Welcome to the website for Sierra Highlands. Sierra Highlands is a single family home community located in a highly desirable area of Pacific Highlands Ranch area of Carmel Valley. Sierra Highlands is part of the West Highlands Pacific Homeowners Association, which governs the recreation center located on Blazing Star Lane.
Sierra Highlands prides itself in being a well maintained, family oriented community with a low crime rate and active community members. In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by an Architectural Committee. The Board and Architectural Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a locally owned and operated professional management company. |
